Big 12 media days
Bob Bowlsby: “At the present time, I don’t think there’s critical mass for expansion. We spend at least a little time in every meeting talking about it. But until that majority shifts, it’s a purely academic conversation.” (NewsOK)
The Big 12 will also not mandate non-con schedules. (NewsOK)
Gundy talks at 11:50 today. You can follow along here. We will also have some sort of coverage. (Big 12 Sports)

New contact rules
Big 12 limits days of contact per week to two days (which OSU has been doing for years). (NewsOK)
Bowlsby: “We believe it’s the right step, and we hope it will become the national rule,” Bowlsby said during his annual address to the media. “Even if it doesn’t, we think that that’s the right way to conduct our practices.” (NewsOK)
Ubben makes a good point here on this rule.
