    On the one hand you’re chiding that OSU’s 2014 signing day is sponsored, and on the other hand you comment about how nice OSU’s 2014 signing day website is? Do you not see the connection between those two things? No one said running an amateur athletics program (at least the kind that has media staff and nice websites) is cheap.

    I still like recruiting because of the hope and excitement it brings to the program but I took a look back through the last 5 recruiting classes one day and realized how many hyped scholarship guys don’t pan out. It’s astounding how many end up at Northeastern state. Also, its a small sample size but the success of our QB’s under Gundy is inverse to their recruiting hype.
