It’s been a busy week on the recruiting trail.

OSU has been busy recruiting this week on top of the beginning of fall camp, and they have extended offers to several sophomore and junior prospects this week. Here’s a look.

Verone McKinley III, 2018 Cornerback

McKinley has offers from LSU, Oklahoma, Texas Tech and now OSU, among others. He is a young prospect the Cowboys are trying to get in on early, and I expect his recruitment will blow up quickly as the season approaches.

Major Tennison, 2017 Tight End

Tennison’s first major offer came from Texas Tech, and the Pokes are the second program to hop on board for the 6-foot-4, 245 pound prospect from Bullard, Texas. Tennison is a well kept secret due to injuries that kept him off the field part of last season. Tennison is from the same town that produced former wide receiver Charlie Moore, who had an excellent career in Stillwater.

Jeremiah Gemmel, 2017 Linebacker

Gemmel is a 6-foot-1, 200 pound linebacker from Georgia, who has offers from Louisville, Tennessee, Mississippi State and others. The Cowboys are the first Big 12 offer for Gemmel, and it looks like Glenn Spencer is trying to find more talent in Georgia where he has had recent success.

Keldrick Carper, 2017 Athlete / Wide Receiver

Carper is a swiss army knife prospect from Plain Dealing, Louisiana. Carper plays a little running back and wide receiver, but at 6-foot-2 would project well wide receiver. Coach Henderson, who recruits the Boot for OSU, has had success with landing Louisianimals Rodarius Williams and Kevin Henry, and Carper is another prospect to keep an eye on moving forward.
