Pistols Firing Fall 2017 Internship

After giving our internship role a test run in fall 2016, we’ve decided to offer it again this year. Caleb Deck came aboard as our intern for the fall and helped out with social media as well as a bit of writing. It was a great experience for him (or so he told us!), and he was immensely helpful to us.

This time around we’re looking for somebody who can help us update our pages, schedule interviews with recruits and former players, build our email list, help us develop a social media strategy, keep our internal statistics fresh, write a little bit and generally add to our growing stable of #content.

That’s a lot of responsibility, I realize, and I think it would be terrific for some sports media majors currently at OSU to apply for and possibly get this internship. The foundational experience in how to run a website about sports in 2017 will be great for you (and we have a lot to learn from the next generation of writers and thinkers as well).
