2016 OL Ryan McCollum Commits to OSU in Superman Fashion
Oklahoma State received great news on the recruiting front again on Sunday afternoon, as 2016 offensive tackle Ryan McCollum from Klein Oak High School announced he was taking his talents to Stillwater in true Superman fashion.

McCollum chose the Cowboys over Texas Tech, Houston, Louisiana-Lafayette, and others.
At 6-foot-6, 275 pounds, McCollum has the frame and size to develop into a force with some college level weight training. His HUDL film displays excellent mobility for an offensive tackle, and he seems to find his way down the field very well for a big man.
His ability to pull and Klein Oak’s inclination to run misdirection should give him a great taste of what he will be expected to do in Stillwater.
Most offensive lineman aren’t able to come in as freshman and contribute immediately, and a redshirt season may serve McCollum well to develop his strengths and technique next season.
With the commitment of McCollum, Oklahoma State’s 2016 recruiting class has 12 verbal commitments. He becomes the third offensive lineman to commit, joining Topeka (Kan.) lineman Teven Jenkins and Coppell (Texas) prospect Dylan Galloway.
