2018 PFB Survey: Help Us Create a Better Product for the Future

It’s time once again for one of my favorite posts of the year: The one where you eviscerate all the time and effort we’ve poured into trying to make this site great.

I’m kidding of course, but it is time to get some feedback from all of you about PFB, the job we’re doing to serve you — the reader, listener and watcher — and what you want for the future.

I’m never not amazed at how much this site has grown, not only in reach but also in quality. It’s painful to go back and read some of those initial posts I wrote, and now we have interns writing stuff that’s 10x better than anything I was posting back then.

So thank you for sticking with us for so long, and thank you — sincerely, thank you — for the feedback. I crave constructive criticism, and you guys provide it quite well.

Know that we effort to read every single bit of feedback we receive in this survey (last year that was 1,300 bits of feedback!) and use much of it as we think about how and in what ways PFB can continue to do a better job of providing coverage about Oklahoma State athletics.
