King of the Game Recap: OSU vs. Oklahoma
Despite my desire not to think about the game, we still have to award our points for the week. Every player gets a point for a correct pick. We tally up the points each week and the player with the most points at the end of OSU’s season (bowl game included) wins! Wins what? Bragging rights.
Before we do that, let’s recap our categories from the week. (Here is the original post.)
Bet Against the Spread: OSU (-4)
With OU winning, Vegas was wrong again.
• More Passing Yards: OSU or OU
The Sooners, or more accurately Baker Mayfield, threw for 598 yards, while OSU, namely Mason Rudolph, threw for 448.
• Over/Under: 50 percent run plays by OSU
Surprisingly it was the under on this one, with OSU running the ball 34 times and passing it 54.
• King of the Game: Mike Gundy or Lincoln Riley
OU won so….
Alright, points time.

It was Thurman instead of Rickie, but still accurate.
Fan: Nick Myers – 2 points
Bet Against the Spread: OSU
More Passing Yards: OU
Over/Under: Over
King of the Game: Mike Gundy
Prop Bet: Barry Sanders is the GameDay guest picker and they bring out Joe’s cheese fries on the set.Nope, it was Rickie Fow… er, Thurman Thomas, though Joes did bring out cheese fries.
Enemy – 30
Fan – 24
Phillip – 18
Nick – 16
Kyle – 14
Well this… definitely not good. With only four games left to play, the enemy has a big lead over us and the OSU fans. Not great. Though, the fan picker still has a good chance to catch up and overtake.
If you’d like to be our next fan picker for the Iowa State game, let’s get your best gameday toast! We’ll pick a winner on Wednesday.
