Inside the Locker Room after Oklahoma State’s 83-81 Bedlam Win
The Cowboys got a big win in Bedlam and have now won three of four against Lon Kruger’s Sooners. Hard to believe.
After the game, Mike Boynton celebrated his first win in the rivalry and his third Big 12 victory with his team. As you could imagine, spirits were high and the celebration was sweet.
As has become a tradition, Jeff Carroll was hiding in a corner donning Boynton’s 10-ounce Everlast gloves.
And sticking with that metaphor Boynton talked about his team’s resiliency.
“Keep takin’ blows and keep giving them out. I love it.”
Boynton talked about the team’s fight and the huge contributions of starting point guard-turned-bench player, Kendall Smith, who hit big shot after big shot in the Cowboy win.
Here’s the full clip. I’m all in on Boynton Ball.
