Class of 2020 LB Josh White Commits to OSU over Alabama, Iowa State, Others
The Cowboys earn a much-needed win on the recruiting trail.
A day after losing to Iowa State on the gridiron, Oklahoma State picked up a critical win in the recruiting realm over the Cyclones by snagging a commitment from 2020 linebacker standout Josh White.
White pledged his commitment to the Cowboys over offers from Iowa State, Alabama, Baylor, Houston, Duke, Memphis and others.

Though White ranks as a three-star prospect by the 247Sports Composite and 247Sports, he’s widely viewed as one of the premier linebacker prospects from the state of Texas. At 6-1, 200-pounds, he has a plug-and-play frame that should translate to early playing time at Oklahoma State — and he has the capability to play either at inside or outside-backer.
White is the fourth commitment for OSU in the 2020 recruiting class joining four-star offensive lineman Eli Russ and three-star prospects Jabbar Muhammad and Grant Mahon.
