Gundy Says Justice Hill is ‘All Clear’ After Bedlam Injury
An status update on OSU’s leading rusher.
STILLWATER — Justice Hill left Saturday’s Bedlam game with bruised ribs after touching the ball only five times.
At his media presser Monday, Mike Gundy said all signs were good after Hill was evaluated.
“He’s been doing fine,” Gundy said. “We got him all X-rayed and CAT scanned, and he’s all clear. Just soreness and work through it. He took a pretty good hit.”
Hill, the program’s seventh-leading all-time rusher, had only 35 yards and a touchdown against Oklahoma. This season, Hill has ran for 930 yards and nine touchdowns.
In Hill’s absence Saturday, redshirt freshman Chuba Hubbard got the lion’s share of OSU’s rushing attempts. Hubbard finished with 104 yards and three touchdowns on 22 carries.
