Marcell Ateman Scores First NFL Touchdown With Oakland Raiders
Ateman has now logged at least two receptions in the last three games in Oakland.
No team has benefited more from the Amari Cooper trade than the Dallas Cowboys. No player, however, has benefited from it more than Marcell Ateman.
The former OSU standout was elevated to the 53-man active roster in early November following the blockbuster transaction, and his production has been steady in the three games since. In those contests he has logged 9 receptions and 82 yards, culminating Sunday with a two-reception, 16-yard outing that included a first NFL touchdown.

Ateman has now brought in at least two receptions in the last three games and has emerged as a steady target for Derek Carr on the outside in Oakland’s passing attack. Unfortunately, though, the Raiders are in the midst of tanking.
They fell 40-33 on Sunday to the Chiefs to drop to 2-10 on the season, inching closer and closer to securing the first pick in the upcoming NFL Draft.
