Tuttle’s Luke Surber Commits to Wrestle at OSU, Pokes Could Have Top 2020 Class
A rich group keeps getting richer.
The 2020 recruiting class for Oklahoma State continues to get better as the Cowboys landed a commitment from two-time Oklahoma state champion Luke Surber this week.

Teammate of fellow 2020Â commit Dustin Plott, Surber is from Tuttle, Oklahoma where he wrestles for his father Matt Surber, head coach of one of the best high school programs in the country.
Surber wrestled last season at 152 and pinned his way to his second state title just a few weeks ago.
Flo ranks Surber No. 12 in the country at 152 pounds and actually project him as a 174 in college. I’d compare his build to Mark Branch, which makes it tough to project his college weight. He’s tall for a 152, so theoretically you could see him getting that big, but you could reasonably see him stay around 157. It’ll be interesting to see how it plays out.
He’ll join Dustin Plott, Trevor Mastrogiovanni, Konner Doucet, and Jakason Burks, in what could be the No. 1 overall recruiting class in the country next season.
