OSU Wrestling: No. 6 Overall Prospect Kyle Haas Commits for 2021 Recruiting Cycle
OSU continues to compile topflight talent for the future.
John Smith continues to compile topflight talent, this time in the form of an elite heavyweight bruiser with family ties to Stillwater.
Oklahoma State added a commitment from another high-end recruit for its 2021 class, when Kyle Haas announced an orange pledge via his Instagram account.
That fact that he’s the younger brother of OSU recruiting coordinator Tyler Caldwell means the decision isn’t a huge surprise, but that doesn’t diminish the huge haul this is for Smith & Co. Haas is the No. 6 overall prospect in the 2021 class and the top-ranked heavyweight, according to FloWrestling.
Haas joins fellow top 10 prospect Travis Mastrogiovanni (younger brother of 2020 signee Trevor Mastrogiovanni) and Teague Travis as the third commit for Oklahoma State’s 2021 cycle.
