Tre Flowers Grabs Second Career Interception in Seahawks’ Win
Tre takes it back.
Tre Flowers grabbed his second interception of the season on Sunday, picking off Philadelphia QB Carson Wentz on the way to a 17-9 Seahawks win. It was the fifth Eagles turnover forced by Seattle.

Tre Flowers interception, and that’s the season-high 5th turnover forced by #Seahawks’ defense. Entire unit runs 40 yards to end zone to pose, celebrate. No, the folks who boo Santa did not applaud that pic.twitter.com/T6JlsYefIi

Flowers, the college safety who Seattle drafted to play cornerback last year, has had his struggles in Year 2. He’s been among the lowest-ranked cover corners in the NFL this season, but he had one of his best professional games on Sunday, even before the pick.
Flowers recorded seven total tackles (six solo) and a career-high three passes defended as Seattle moved to 9-2 on the season.
