Daton Fix and Jordan Oliver to Compete in First UWW Ranking Series Event
These Cowboys head to Rome in a few weeks
Last year United World Wrestling started a series of ranking events to help determine seeding for the World and Olympic championships.
This year the events will take place in Rome and Warsaw. The Rome event is from January 15-18, and one current and one former Cowboy have confirmed that they’ll be competing.
Today is the deadline to register for the first UWW Rankings tournament (Rome) of the year. I don't think there's a list available yet but I've confirmed Daton, Gilman, and James are going.

Daton Fix and Jordan Oliver will both be wrestling here. Fix, who still has three years of eligibility remaining with the Cowboys, is currently in an Olympic redshirt year after making the World team at 57 KG last year. This will be his first major competition since the World Championships in 2019.
Jordan Oliver dominated Senior Nationals a few weeks ago, looking as good as we’ve ever seen in his senior-level career. He will look for more of the same here.
