Let’s help Travis Ford raise some dough for Special Olympics of Oklahoma
You don’t even have to donate any cash. Just your clicks.
Let’s help Travis Ford out. (USATSI)
You might not like Travis Ford — actually there’s a good chance you don’t — but I have something you should help him out with in the Coaches’ Charity Challenge.
Why?
Ford has chosen Special Olympics of Oklahoma as his charity of choice for the challenge and all you have to do is vote for him. If he wins it will be the only thing he wins this year then the Special Olympics of Oklahoma gets the $100,000 first prize.
Related: this will be the only time Ford bests most of these other coaches in anything. Here’s the link to vote for Ford.
I volunteered for the Special Olympics of Oklahoma when I was in college and it was a tremendous experience all the way around. Something that’s definitely worthy of a few clicks of the mouse.
As the person who emailed me a reminder of this said…”something good CAN come from the Travis Ford Era!”
