WATCH: Rickie Fowler Hits Sawgrass Island Green While Blindfolded
Rickie Fowler made his way down to TPC Sawgrass recently for The Players Championship media day. Part of the festivities included hitting to the island green (which he birdied five times in six tries last season). The catch this time around? He did it while blindfolded.
Of course he hit it which is mildly infuriating considering most of the rest of us probably couldn’t hit it with five golf balls and no blindfold. But that’s why he’s earned $24.8M in his career and why Alan Bratton once hid in the bushes at a tournament to recruit him.
