College Football Weekend Watch Guide (Week 9)
There are a slew of ranked opponents in action this week, but only four — two of which hail from the Big 12 — are ranked-on-ranked contests. It’s a big weekend for the Big 12 with TCU traveling to Ames, and Oklahoma State making its way to Morgantown for a brunch kick.
| Big 12 Matchups | TV/Time |
|---|---|
| No. 11 OSU vs. No. 22 WVU | ABC, 11:00 am |
| Texas Tech at No. 10 OU | ABC, 7:00 pm |
| Texas at Baylor | ESPNU, 11:00 am |
| Kansas State and Kansas | FS1, 2:00 pm |
| No. 4 TCU No. 25 Iowa State | ABC, 2:30 pm |
The matchup of the week nationally, though, is Penn State-Ohio State in Columbus at 2:30 p.m. on ESPN. It’s where College Gameday will be this weekend, and it’s a tilt that will potentially determine the outcome of the Big Ten.
The Nittany Lions are coming off a statement win over Michigan and have climbed the polls up to No. 2 behind the Heisman momentum of Saquon Barkley. They will need a big game from him to top the Bucks in The Shoe.
