Alex Dieringer Picked No. 2 in First AWL Draft, 4 Cowboys Selected
Oklahoma State was well-represented in the inaugural American Wrestling League Draft.
The founders of the Titan Mercury Wrestling Club have started a new “real” professional wrestling league dubbed the “American Wrestling League.”
On Saturday night they live streamed a draft where team captains David Taylor and Kyle Dake chose their teams for a dual on November 30 in Cedar Rapids, Iowa and four former Cowboys were drafted in it.
Jordan Oliver — 65 KG, Team Dake
Josh Kindig — 65 KG, Team Dake
Anthony Collica — 70 KG, Team Taylor
Alex Dieringer — 79 KG, Team Taylor

Dieringer was the No. 2 overall pick in the draft and Jordan Oliver was picked fourth.
