TRANSFER PORTAL TRACKER

The Cowboys did the double on Saturday.

Shortly after UTEP transfer safety Kobe Hylton announced his commitment to Oklahoma State, Arizona State transfer offensive lineman Isaia Glass followed suit.

Listed at 6-foot-5, 295 pounds, Glass played in only three games in his junior season because of injury, so he was able to maintain a redshirt. He should have two seasons of eligibility remaining. He started at left tackle in those three games he played (against Southern Utah, Washington and Washington State). In 202 snaps, Glass allowed no sacks and six pressures, per Pro Football Focus.

Glass started at tackle in every game of the Sun Devils’ 2022 season. In 724 snaps as a true sophomore, Glass allowed seven sacks, per PFF. He played in six games as a true freshman in 2021.

A three-star recruit in the 2021 recruiting class, Glass had an Oklahoma State offer coming out of Queen Creek High School in Arizona. He also had offers to Kansas State, Arizona, Iowa State, Utah, Oregon State and others before ultimately picking the Sun Devils.

The Cowboys haven’t lost a scholarship offensive lineman to the portal since it opened, but the Pokes did lose a 2024 commit earlier this week when Semisi Tonga flipped his commitment to … Arizona State. In fact, the Cowboys’ offensive line has actually gone the other way since the portal opened with Joe Michalski, Cole Birmingham, Dalton Cooper, Jake Springfield and Jason Brooks Jr. all announcing their returns for next season.
