The Big 12 bracket is set, and if the Cowboys are going to make the NCAA Tournament, they’d have to do things so miraculous a movie would have to be made about it.

Oklahoma State is the 13 seed in the Big 12 Tournament, besting only West Virginia in the league’s standings. The Cowboys will open the tournament with a game against 12 seed UCF at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday in Kansas City. Here is the bracket in full:

Of the four teams OSU has beaten this season, three reside on the other side of the bracket, but the Cowboys would get BYU in Round 2 if they can get past the Knights (though OSU did just lose to the Cougars on Saturday night).

Kansas is the 6 seed, which should tell you all you need to know about just how tough this league has been this season.

The Cowboys only hope at making the Big Dance would be winning five games in five days against the toughest league in America. Per KenPom, the Big 12 is the top league in college basketball with its +17.40 adjusted-efficiency margin. The next closest conference is the Big East with a +15.29. That 2.11-point difference covers the Big Ten (+14.79) and the SEC (+14.37) from the Big East.

Against our better judgement, PFB will be in Kansas City as long as the Cowboys are, so be sure to follow along.
