Body By Glass in Full Effect with Mason Rudolph
“It means you are sculpted like a Greek God,” safety Tre Flowers told the O’Colly in 2015 on the meaning of “Body by Glass,” referring to the rigorous training of strength and conditioning coach Rob Glass.
Glass’ work has been noted as one of the contributing factors of the Cowboys sustained success over the years, and his work has not gone unnoticed. Just take a look at the Ogbah transformation:

But he doesn’t just work with lineman to get them beefed up. Even quarterbacks have to work hard to get their bodies in top condition.
Mason Rudolph came to OSU as an early enrollee in 2014, weighing 190 and 6-4. I can guarantee, he is not 190. With his big 6-4 frame, he had the size to grow into it, and that is exactly what he has done. Just speculating, but I would suspect he is likely in the 220-lb range. He’s no Ben Roethlisberger size wise, but he certainly has padded himself nice enough that he can withstand hits at this level much better than he once could have.
Just another example of Body By Glass in full effect.
