Cowboys Hang On in Home Opener, Defeat Texas State 10-7
It was their first time on the field at Allie P. Reynolds since OSU made their historic run to Omaho last summer. 1,402 fans showed up to support the Cowboys in their home opener.
This marked the 899th win at Allie P., which makes today’s game an opportunity for home win No. 900. It gets started at 3:00 p.m. So if you’re in town for Tech, you might as well cruise over to the baseball field once bball is finished.
The No. 11 Cowboys are now 3-2 in the early going of 2017. Game 3 of the Texas State series is Sunday at 1:00 p.m.
Here’s Josh Holliday on the win.
