This versatile speedster comes to Stillwater with four years of eligibility.
If you think you think you’ve got any grip on the transfer portal over the next two days, you might need to make sure your phone has signal.

Fletcher signed with ECU last summer, picking the Pirates from a list of a dozen offers which also included the likes of Purdue, Indiana, Temple and USF. He played in three games as a freshman, logging one tackle against Army. Since he retained his redshirt year, Fletcher comes to Oklahoma State with four years of eligibility remaining.
Although he didn’t get enough burn to show it at ECU, the Cowboys are banking on Fletcher’s speed and versatility to shine through as he continues to develop.
The 6-foot-1 175-pound played both ways in high school but made his hay on offense at wide receiver. Over his last two years at Dunbar High School (Florida), he grabbed 75 catches for 1,193 yards and 19 touchdowns. He also showed off his abilities in the return game, scoring on a kickoff return as a junior. Fletcher was also a track star in high school, showing out in the 4×100.
Take a peek at his senior season highlights.
This news came after a slew of Cowboys entered the transfer portal this week, the latest being quarterback Garret Rangel. Keep an eye on the above-linked Portal Tracker as the Transfer Portal Window closes Friday.
