• OSU’s likely starter (before Zack Ryder of Penn State transferred in) at 184 pounds hit the transfer portal yesterday + Cowboy assistant Thomas Gilman is headed to Penn State (PFB)

• College football analysts have the Pokes projecting at 5.5 wins this year, up 2.5 wins from last year (247 Sports)

• Mike Gundy talked about the Boys from Oklahoma concert series that kicked off last night:

“They’re getting ready to take this place over for four days,” Gundy said. “There’s gonna be 60,000 people here. You’re talking about a game day four days in a row. Lot of fellowship, lot of eating, lot of drinking, lot of partying. Then you do it again the next day, and the next day, and the next day.” Gundy said he will be a small part in the festivities — as for what he’s doing exactly, he still needs to figure that out.
