โข The Cowgirls have had a (relatively) down year, but not because Cowgirl ace Ruby Meylan isn’t having a season:
Meylan has struck out 220 batters this season, ranking 13th on the programโs all-time single-season list. Meylanโs season also ranks 12th all-time for OSU in strikeouts per seven innings (8.46). If she throws 10 more innings, Meylan would rank 20th in program history with 192.1 innings pitched this season. [PFB]
