Here’s the Markel dunk in three photos. (PFB)

Good Bedlam breakdown, the great news for us is that Marcus won’t have two games like that in a row. (NewsOK)

Here’s video of the Markel dunk. (PFB)

Ford on Smart: “He takes a lot of punches. I know that everybody thinks that he does this and he does that, (but) he is getting hit. I’ve watched tape and I’ve sent it (to the league office). We all understand that everybody’s game plan is to take him out. I don’t think there was any cheap (play by West Virginia). I don’t think they intentionally tried to do anything but it’s a physical game. I think sometimes when you’re his size, some people think this and that they don’t give him the benefit of the doubt sometimes. You hope it’s black and white; if it’s a foul, call it. I hate to comment. I don’t know what happened.” (Scout)

Markel made Deadspin…for good reasons. (Deadspin)

I think one issue with the Smart stuff is that people can’t tell half the time when he’s legitimately getting hit anymore. (NewsOK)

Baylor is Bayloring pretty hard. (CBS Sports)

Ford on Nash: “Le’Bryan gave us some good, high-percentage shots and some nice and-1’s. That’s the best way for him to get (three points).” (O’Colly)

How do you guys feel about Ford downplaying Bedlam? I think I’m in favor of what he said, though I could see why folks would be upset. (NewsOK)

10 thoughts on Saturday’s game. (PFB)

Nash on his day: “I was thinking about rebounding, I wasn’t thinking about scoring. My scoring just came. Losing (Kamari) Murphy, he’s a team-rebounding guy, so I was really thinking about rebounding playing with four guards out there.” Also, Bob Huggins compares Eron Harris to Marcus Smart. (okstate)

I already hate Ryan Spangler. (NewsOK)

On Friday OKC Dave and I compared Markel to former Big 12 stars. (PFB)

So OSU was putting scouts in the rafters at GIA until they started complaining and now it should be all better? OK. (NewsOK)
