As Daton Fix wrapped up his first Senior World Championships yesterday, he was asked  about his plans for next year and if he is going to take an Olympic redshirt.

Daton’s response …

It looks like Fix will probably take an Olympic redshirt for the 2019-2020 season. With this and Kaid Brock’s injury, OSU went from having a big log jam at the lower weights to a bit of a hole at 133 that will likely be filled by one of the younger wrestlers on the team.

Daton says he’ll likely make his official decision “pretty soon.”
