TRANSFER PORTAL TRACKER

Jaden Bray is leaving Stillwater, but he’ll be back for a game next season.

Bray announced via X on Monday that he has committed to West Virginia out of the transfer portal. He caught 48 passes for 686 yards and four touchdowns in three seasons with Oklahoma State before entering the portal. The Mountaineers are set to make a trip to Stillwater next season.

A 6-foot-2, 200-pound redshirt sophomore out of Norman, Bray had options in the portal, announcing offers to West Virginia, Washington State, Cincinnati, USF, Houston, TCU and Boston College before making Morgantown his new home. He becomes the third former OSU player to find a home out of the portal this season, joining Ricky Lolohea (Utah State) and Lardarius Webb Jr. (Tulane).

Bray battled through injuries in his time at OSU, missing all but three games in the 2022 season. He suffered an injury coincidentally in Morgantown this season that kept him out for about a month, but he still enters bowl season as the Cowboys’ fourth-leading receiver with 382 yards. He was one of three Cowboys with multiple touchdown receptions this season.

He joined the Cowboys as a three-star prospect in the 2021 recruiting class. He caught 13 passes for 250 yards and two touchdowns as a freshman in 2021.

Brennan Presley, De’Zhaun Stribling, Talyn Shettron and Rashod Owens are among receivers able to return to OSU for next season. The Cowboys lost Bray and Blaine Green to the portal and would also lose Leon Johnson III to eligibility unless he is able to get a waiver.
