Gundy Keeps Tradition of Stripping at Homecoming and Hoops
STILLWATER — Well, Mike Gundy took another article of clothing off at this year’s Homecoming and Hoops.
A lot less skin was shown this year, as Gundy removed a sweater to reveal a No. 12 1988 throwback with “Gundy” on the back. I’m not talking one of the ones sold for the general public to wear like the Barry Sanders jerseys earlier this week, but a game-ready jersey. OSU doesn’t have an offensive player who wears No. 12 this season, so if there is a quarterback change Saturday, keep your eyes out for some flow hanging out of the back of that helmet.
Athletics got a better picture than I was able to muster from my spot on media row.
That feeling when just putting your old jersey on makes you know you’ve still got it. #okstate #GoPokes pic.twitter.com/xL3f9QrtWo
