This will be the Cougars’ third trip to Stillwater, but their first since George H.W. Bush was in office.
The Cowboys had four players in double figures in their most recent meeting with Chicago State, a game OSU won 67-59. Darwyn Alexander led the way with 16 points. Corey Williams, Royce Jeffries and Richard Dumas each poured in 13.
The teams played a tightly contested game the year before that, as OSU edged out the Cougars 64-61. Dumas scored 21 points in that game to go with three blocks and three steals on the defensive end. Byron Houston added 10 points and eight rebounds.
