Hoops Recruiting Roundup: Oklahoma State Sends Out Double-Digit Offers in July

While getting ready for his first season at Oklahoma State, Steve Lutz also has an eye on the future.

Lutz and his staff sent out double-digit offers over the past month. Here is a look at each with stats and other info provided when available.

Christian Jeffrey, 2025

A 6-foot-3 combo guard out of the northeast, Jeffrey is the No. 93 player in the 2025 247Sports Composite ranking. OSU joins the likes of Maryland, Tennessee, Villanova, UCF and others that have offered. On3 is the highest on Jeffrey among the major recruiting services, listing him as the No. 68 player in his class.

He plays his AAU ball with the New Heights Lightning. On the Nike EYBL circuit, Jeffrey averaged 11.2 points, 5.2 rebounds and 4.6 assists a game in April and May, shooting 48% from the field and 78% from the foul line. He better that output in six games at Peach Jam, scoring 17 points a game, hitting six of the 10 3s he put up.

Omari Witherspoon, 2025

A 6-4 combo guard out of Maryland, Witherspoon is a three-star prospect, according to 247Sports. He has offers to West Virginia, Clemson, Virginia Tech, Maryland, Butler and others.

He plays with DC Premier on the Under Armour circuit, where he averaged 14.5 points, 4.2 rebounds and 2.7 assists a game while shooting 41% from the field, 28% from 3 and 72% from the stripe.

Kelvin Odih, 2025

The latest 2025 offer OSU has sent out, Odih is a four-star prospect according to 247Sports and On3, with the latter listing him as the No. 51 player in the class. Out of South Kent, Connecticut, Odih is a 6-foot-4 guard.

Along with his OSU offer, he has also announced offers to Rutgers, Colorado, Creighton, Marquette, Florida State, LSU, Missouri and others.

Ryan Crotty. 2025

Crotty announced his OSU offer in the middle of June and has since set up an official visit for the weekend of the South Dakota State football game, according to 247Sports’ Travis Branham. He also has visits set up to Miami, Virginia Tech and Clemson.

Out of Virginia, Crotty is ranked as highly as the No. 90 player in the class. He’s listed at 6-5 and plays AAU ball with Boo Williams on the EYBL circuit. He averaged 14.2 points and five rebounds in 15 games in April and May, and shot 35% on 133 3-point attempts. He also shot 83% from the foul line.

Michael Phillips II, 2026

A 6-foot-6 prospect from North Carolina, Phillips has already reported offers to OSU, Michigan, West Virginia, Virginia Tech, Mississippi State, Georgetown and others.

Phillips averaged 5.8 points and 2.3 rebounds a game for the Boo Williams 16s at Peach Jam earlier this month.

Dakari Spear, 2026

Out of The Colony, Texas, Spear is the No. 35 player in the 2026 247Sports Composite Rankings as a 6-foot-4 guard. He also has offers to Alabama, LSU, SMU, Tennessee, Texas and others.

Playing with the Drive Nation 16s on the EYBL circuit, Spear averaged 12.6 points, 4.3 rebounds and 2.6 assists a game during the month of May. He averaged 12.8 points a game in five games at Peach Jam.

Christian Gibson, 2026

A 6-foot-4 guard out of Houston, Gibson is ranked as highly as the No. 37 player in the class (ESPN) and comes in at No. 75 in the Composite rankings. Out of Houston, Gibson also holds offers to Houston, TCU and others.

Playing with the Houston Hoops 16s at Peach Jam earlier this month, Gibson averaged a stout 21.3 points a game while shooting 45% from 3, taking 29 attempts in the four games.

Austin Goosby, 2026

Out of Melissa, Texas, Austin Goosby is a 6-4 prospect who is ranked as highly as the No. 46 player in the class (ESPN). OSU joined the likes of Oklahoma, Florida State, Kansas State, Texas and others that have offered.

Playing alongside Spear on the Drive Nation 16s, Goosby averaged 15.9 points, five rebounds and 2.6 assists in the month of May. He then averaged 13.6 points and 4.8 rebounds at Peach Jam.

Styles Clemmons, 2026

A 6-1 point guard, Clemmons has perhaps the most elite name in the 2026 class but isn’t ranked yet by the major recruiting services. Despite that, he has also announced offers to VCU, FIU, Hampton and others.

Playing alongside Phillips on the Boo Williams 16s, Clemmons averaged 11.3 points, and three assists a game at Peach Jam.

Davion Adkins, 2026

A 6-8 prospect out of Dallas, Adkins is ranked as highly as the No. 23 prospect in his class and sits at No. 58 in the Composite rankings. He also has offers to Texas, Texas Tech, Houston, LSU, SMU, TCU and others.

Seven Spurlock, 2026

A high school teammate of Adkins at Faith Family Academy, Spurlock is a 6-5 guard. Rivals is the highest on him, listing Spurlock as the No. 65 player in the class. He is at No. 82 in the Composite rankings. OSU joined the likes of Arizona State, Auburn, Ole Miss, TCU, Missouri, Texas and others that have offered.

Playing with Pro Skillz Elite at Peach Jam, Spurlock averaged 12.2 points, 5.3 rebounds and 1.5 assists a game.
