247Sports lists Middleton as a three-star safety, but OSU offered him as an athlete. He is the No. 13 prospect from Oklahoma for the 2020 class and the No. 52 safety overall. Middleton chose OSU over offers from the likes of Iowa State, BYU and Army.
During his junior season at Bishop Kelley, Middleton racked up 83 tackles, 11 pass breakups, two forced fumbles and an interception at safety. He also played running back for the Comets, amassing 1,129 rushing yards and 15 touchdowns.
Take a look at his junior season highlights.
