Jacobe Smith Signs Contract with the Eagle Fighting Championship
The former Cowboy is 3-0 in his MMA career.
Former Oklahoma State wrestler Jacobe Smith has signed a contract with Eagle FC.
Smith, who is 3-0 in his MMA career so far with all three fights in the XFL based out of Tulsa, announced via his Instagram that he has signed a contract with the Eagle Fighting Championship.
The Eagle Fighting Championship is owned by UFC Legend Khabib Nurmagomedov. Formerly known as the Gorilla Fighting Championship, Nurmagomedov purchased the company in November 2020, then changed the company name.
Khabib and Jacobe both trained at American Kickboxing Academy in California.
The promotion is based out of Russia but started hosting events in the United States in January of 2022 and has held three fight cards in Florida since.
