Jason McEndoo’s Son, Luke, Commits to Play at Oklahoma State
McEndoo has been stellar at Stillwater High.
In what seemed like an inevitability, Luke McEndoo will be a Cowboy.
McEndoo is the son of Oklahoma State Cowboy backs coach Jason McEndoo, who has been on the Pokes’ staff since 2015. The younger McEndoo has been an outstanding fullback/defensive end for Stillwater High School. He will join OSU as a walk-on with the 2021 recruiting class.
McEndoo has been a key contributor to the Pioneers going 32-3 over the past three seasons. He is listed at 6-foot-1, 235 pounds, and he certainly has the pedigree to develop into a solid player for the Cowboys.
Jason McEndoo played tight end at Washington State before spending three seasons in the NFL with the Seattle Seahawks and New Orleans Saints.
Stillwater High is creating a nice, short pipeline down to Boone Pickens Stadium. Gunnar Gundy, son of Mike Gundy, is expected to join OSU’s squad with the 2021 class, and the Cowboys also have a commitment from 2022 linebacker Gabe Brown.
