Jawun Evans named to Preseason Wooden Award Watch List

Oklahoma State’s Jawun Evans has earned another preseason award (even though the season has kind of started already.)

The Wooden Award released their list of top 50 candidates for the prestigious individual honor on Tuesday, which is presented to college basketballs best player. The Cowboys star point guard was among the 50. Here is the full list from the Wooden Award website:

Of course, anyone on the list could be named a winner even if they aren’t on the preseason list. But being recognized in the early list of 50 means he is getting some serious attention on a national scale, as he should.
