Mason Rudolph: ‘It’s a good opportunity to compete early for a job’
Future QB1 talks about his game and coming to Oklahoma State.
Good interview here with future QB1 at Oklahoma State, Mason Rudolph. He already talks like he’s a college QB and I guess I didn’t realize he’d only been playing QB for three years.
These stats tell me otherwise:
310-425 | 72% | 3,889 yards | 57 TD | 7 INT
Two other things I liked..
1. He said the state title was expected. Good.
2. He said OSU is “a good opportunity to compete early for a job.” He’s right.
I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if we see Rudolph vs. Jameis in Jerryworld next September. At the very least, with Rudolph coming in January, the spring game is going to be fascinating.
You can watch Rudolph in the Shrine Bowl this Saturday at Noon on ESPNU.
