Although Oklahoma State finished the season 9-3 despite being favored in each of its games, the Cowboys have been good (not great) against the Vegas spread this season. In 12 of its games, OSU covered the spread as a favorite.
Virginia Tech, on the other hand, was an underdog in just two games this season — against Miami and against Clemson. Both resulted in double digit losses and failing to cover the spread, which seems to bode well for the Pokes.
