Gundy and Co. landed their first commitment in the class of 2016 on Monday afternoon, as Gundy himself announced the news via Twitter that Justice Hill had committed to OSU.[1. Editor’s note: This follow-up tweet from Kevin Davis on Gundy’s original tweet was one of the best I’ve ever seen. And saddest.]

Hill also noted the news on Twitter.
Hill is a 2016 running back prospect from Booker T. Washington in Tulsa who was offered a scholarship at OSU’s junior day.
Rated as a three-star recruit by 247sports, Hill’s only offer thus far has come from OSU and apparently that was the only one he needed.
Hill spoke with Mike Brown of The Tulsa World after receiving an offer two weeks ago. “That would be exciting (to play for them) because they are my favorite football team. I’m a lifelong fan of the Cowboys,” he said.
Hill rushed for 1,555 yards and 24 touchdowns as a junior last season according to his HUDL account.Hill becomes the first commit in the 2016 class for the Cowboys. You can see his highlights below.
