Oklahoma State Hosts Five-Star Athlete, Five-Star Receiver on Unofficial Visits
Either would be the highest-rated commit in program history.

Oklahoma State had two visitors on campus Tuesday that would both be the highest-rated commit in program history.
Joshisa Trader and Jeremiah Smith took an up-close look at OSU’s facilities after visiting Norman earlier in the day. Both are five-star prospects. Trader is the No. 1 athlete in the 2024 class, and Smith is the No. 1 receiver in the 2024 class.
Breaking Down Joshisa Trader
A wide receiver/defensive back, Trader is listed at 6-foot-2, 170 pounds. He plays for Miami Central High School. For the Oklahoma folk, that’s My-am-EE, not My-am-uh. He was a part of a state championship-winning team last season, and in the state title game, he had two receiving touchdowns and a 90-yard pick-six.
He is the No. 4 player in all of the 2024 class, ranking as the No. 1 athlete in the class and the No. 3 Floridian. He has offers to Ohio State, Alabama, Georgia, Michigan, Miami, Florida State, Florida and others.
Breaking Down Jeremiah Smith
Smith is the No. 3 player in the 2024 class as a 6-foot-3, 185-pound wide receiver. He plays his high school ball at Chaminade-Madonna Prep in Opa Locka, Florida. He had 667 yards and seven touchdowns in his sophomore season, as his high school also won a state championship.
Smith is a cousin of former West Virginia quarterback Geno Smith. The younger Smith has offers from Ohio State, Alabama, USC, LSU, Notre Dame, Oklahoma, Georgia and others.
