Oklahoma State Offers 2021 Four-Star Guard Tyty Washington
Could OSU finally make a move in 2021.
Oklahoma State has been quiet in the 2021 cycle for myriad reasons, but that could be on the verge of changing.
OSU offered guard Tyty Washington out of Compass Prep in Arizona. Washington was committed to Creighton for about four months before recently reopening his commitment.
Who Is He?
A 6-foot-3, 185-pound point guard, Washington can score on all three levels and falls right in line with guards Mike Boynton like to recruit because of his length.
He is a great passer but is also good in catch-and-shoot scenarios, meaning he could play on the ball or off it.
Washington’s AZ Compass Prep squad is ranked second among all high school teams in the country behind only Montverde Academy (Cade Cunningham’s former school).
In the Rankings
Washington is one of the top uncommitted prospects in his class. He ranks 30th in the 2021 class overall, and he ranks ninth among 2021 prospects who are uncommitted.
Rivals and 247Sports both list him as four stars. The composite rankings have him as the third-highest ranked point guard in the class.
Others Involved
Since Washington decommitted from Creighton, he has announced offers from Arizona, Pitt, UCLA, Texas Tech, Oregon, Texas A&M, Kansas and Houston.
