Oklahoma State Offers Arkansas OL Devon Manuel from the Transfer Portal
The Cowboys extend an offer to a talented big man with upside.
The Cowboys are looking to bolster their offensive line depth through the transfer portal, and they’ve keyed in on a high-upside talent with multiple years of eligibility remaining.
Oklahoma State offered Arkansas left tackle Devon Manuel on Wednesday, the redshirt sophomore announced via his X account.

Since entering the transfer portal on Dec. 4, Manuel has received a handful of offers, including Colorado, Florida and Kentucky. And expect that list to grow.
Manuel is a 6-foot-9, 310-pound left tackle with plenty of upside. Injury kept him from being the Hogs’ top blindside blocker to start the season, but he returned and proved he was their best.
After redshirting in 2021 and appearing in just one game in 2022, Manuel trimmed down and earned the top left tackle spot this past fall camp before an undisclosed injury sidelined him.
When he did return, he was impressive. In 417 snaps, Manuel allowed four sacks and eight pressures, according to Pro Football Focus, which gave him a 68.4 grade. That was as an underclassman in the meat of Arkansas’ SEC schedule. Manuel should have at least two years of eligibility remaining.
Manuel is the second offensive lineman that the Cowboys have offered from the transfer, including North Dakota’s Easton Kilty. OSU center Joe Michalski has announced that he will return for his sixth season in 2024.
