Oklahoma State Offers Pair of O-Linemen
One of these guys hunts for pancakes.
It looks as if Charlie Dickey spent his Thursday evening recruiting.
A pair of offensive line prospects announce Oklahoma State offers Thursday night. One is a junior college product in the 2021 class, and the other is the top center in the country in 2022.
Nick Jones
The first offer that was announced was to Nick Jones of East Mississippi Community College (of “Last Chance U” fame).
Jones is listed at 6-foot-4, 285 pounds and is originally from Byhalia, Mississippi.
He boasts offers from Mississippi State, Southern Miss, Louisiana-Monroe and others.
Demetrius “Pancake” Hunter
Dickey also offered a man with an excellent nickname to last name combo in Demetrius “Pancake” Hunter.
Hunter is the No. 1 center in the 2022 class, according to the 247Sports Composite Rankings. Out of Orange, Texas, Hunter is the No. 338 recruit overall in the class.
Hunter is listed at 6-foot-3, 290 pounds and has offers from Oklahoma, Arizona State, Colorado, Texas A&M, SMU and others.
Although he is listed as a center, it looks like Hunter has played a good amount of tackle in his junior season for West Orange-Stark High School.
