Oklahoma State Offers TCU Quarterback Commit Jack Daulton

The Cowboys are still on the hunt for a quarterback in the 2026 cycle, and their most recent target is committed to a Big 12 rival.

Jack Daulton announced an Oklahoma State offer on Saturday. Daulton committed to TCU back in February and also has offers to Rice, Tulane, UTSA, UTEP and others.

From The Woodlands, Texas, Daulton is the No. 640 player in the class, according to the 247Sports Composite ranking, which lists him as a top 40 quarterback in the class and a top 100 player from the state of Texas.

He is listed at 6-foot-2, 185 pounds, and he’s a speedster. MileSplit credits Daulton with a 10.89 100-meter dash this spring and a 22.45 in the 200 meters.

Daulton led The Woodlands to an 11-2 record as a junior in 2024, making it to the third round of the Texas 6A-DI state playoffs. Daulton led the Highlanders in passing and rushing. He threw for 1,312 yards and 18 touchdowns to five interceptions and ran for 1,142 yards and 18 more scores. Shoot, he even had a 47-yard touchdown reception.

With 11 commits, OSU’s 2026 class ranks 22nd nationally, according to 247Sports, but the class is without a quarterback for the time being. The Cowboys do have a few other irons in the fire, most notably Oscar Rios and Luke Fahey, a pair of passers from California. Fahey took a visit to Stillwater during OSU’s spring game, while Rios visited shortly thereafter.

Quarterback is always a position of need in football, but OSU is young at that spot. The Cowboys have three quarterbacks on the roster currently. Zane Flores is the oldest, listed as a third-year redshirt freshman after receiving a medical hardship for last season.
