Oklahoma State Stays at No. 19 in College Football Playoff Rankings
The penultimate edition of the College Football Playoff rankings dropped on Tuesday, where Oklahoma State remained at No. 19 for a second consecutive week after blowing out the cellar-dwelling Kansas Jayhawks in the regular season finale.
The Cowboys are the sixth-highest ranked three-loss team, behind Stanford, Notre Dame, Michigan State, LSU and Washington State.
After Auburn upset previous No. 1 Alabama last week, the Crimson Tide dropped to No. 5 in the rankings, vaulting Auburn to No. 2 and Clemson into the top overall spot going into championship Saturday. Oklahoma is No. 3 entering Saturday’s Big 12 title game against new No. 11 TCU.
