OSU Commit Demarco Jones Suffers Season-Ending Injury
Oklahoma State pledge Demarco Jones, one of the first commitments of the 2019 recruiting cycle, suffered a season-ending injury last Friday in Booker T’s 20-3 win over Sapulpa. Jones is a two-way corner/offensive weapon for the Hornets who is pledged to play corner for the Pokes.
According to the Tulsa World, Jones’ injury is a shoulder separation. He was transported from the game via ambulance after the injury, according to GoPokes.
Jones is a 6-1, 175-pound athlete from Tulsa who committed to the Pokes early in his recruitment process shortly after the staff offered him a scholarship back in February. He’s one of three cornerback commits for OSU in the 2019 cycle.
