OSU-Murray State Highlights: Brodie Vehrs Throws First Career TD Pass

As of typing, freshman QB Brodie Vehrs is 5-for-5 for 35 yards and a touchdown. Not bad for his first action as a Cowboy.

Here’s his first Cowboy TD.

Mestemaker and Co. came out of the locker room just as hot as the finished the first half.

One the fourth snap of the second half, Meste found Terrence Lewis for a 31-yard touchdown strike to make it 38-nothing in favor of the home team.

It’s not only the offense that can make plays.

Mo Horn got the highlight treatment for this big hit for a loss of four to create third-and-14. The Cowboys would force their third-straight three-and-out.

The Cowboys strike first with an eight-play, 72-yad touchdown drive and they made up a lot of those yards in a couple plays.

Drew Mestemaker found Justin Bowick for a 22-yard pass connection and then Ayo Adeyi ripped a 25-yard run play before Miles Coleman paid it off with this touchdown.
