OSU Recruiting: Cowboys First Big 12 School to Offer 2021 CB Ishmael Ibraheem
Pokes try to get in early on this sophomore cornerback.
Oklahoma State became the first Big 12 program (and the second program overall) to extend a scholarship offer this past week to Class of 2021 cornerback prospect Ishmael Ibraheem out of the Dallas area.
Ibraheem is a 6-foot, 165-pound athlete from Kimball High School, who brought with him one offer (Illinois State) to Stillwater for homecoming, and left his unofficial campus visit with the OSU offer in tow. Baylor has since joined the party, extending him an offer on Wednesday.
Ibraheem is not yet ranked by recruiting services, but an offer out the door this early by the OSU staff indicates their belief in him developing into a premier talent in the class. According to 247, only six OSU scholarship offers have been submitted to prospects in the 2021 class, and all — save for Ibraheem — are four- or five-star talents.

Ibraheem is the second offer at cornerback for OSU in the 2021 cycle joining another Texan in Latrell McCutchin, a four-star top-100 talent from Austin, Texas. McCutchin picked up his OSU offer earlier this summer and also has an early offer from Tulsa. He goes to LBJ High School in the shadows of the University of Texas.
Here’s a look at Ibraheem.
