We have an OSU wedding cake war on our hands
Maybe the bar has been re-raised?
Yesterday I posted this slick-looking Pistol Pete wedding cake and lauded it as the best I’ve ever seen before receiving some feedback on Twitter.
Someone named Annie Hurst Koehn tweeted at me and submitted her own wedding cake as the best OSU-themed wedding sweet ever.
It’s hard to disagree with the sentiment.
The level of detail present makes up for whatever deficiencies might exist in replication accuracy (they’re playing 12 vs. 12 on the field).
Also, I laughed thinking about all the folks about 45 years old at Annie’s wedding who saw the cake and harumphed at the number of fans in the stands wearing black and white.
We wear orange to the games. Kids.
