Oklahoma State has locked down the No. 1 recruiting class in the country for 2020 and looks to be on pace to have another top class for 2021.

Victor Voinovich who is ranked as the No. 15 prospect for 2021 and No. 8 at 145 in the current high school rankings according to FloWrestling has committed to wrestle for the Cowboys.

Voinovich is out of Brecksville, Ohio. He was a state champion as a freshman and finished third as a sophomore. His junior season was cut short due to COVID-19. Last year he finished as the runnerup and a junior All-American at Fargo.

Last year he competed at Flo’s Who’s #1 and pinned one of the top prospects in the 2020 class Jesse Vasquez.

It’s of note that Victor has a younger brother Cael who is a pretty accomplished wrestler himself. Cael is the No. 19 ranked Junior High wrestler in the country according to FloWrestling.

This is the Cowboys fourth commitment of the 2021 class along with Kyle Haas and Travis Mastrogiovanni who are ranked as the Nos. 9 and 10 prospects in the class and Teague Travis who is ranked 56th.
